Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging is a superior inspection service that uses an infrared camera to detect things that the naked eye cannot. It helps ensure that the buildings envelope is sealed from any moisture intrusion/air gaps. It allows us to locate misplaced insulation within the walls and to make sure you are getting the most energy efficiency within your home.
Termite Inspection
If a termite inspection is required for the purchase of your home, RHI is able to schedule the inspection for you and typically have it done at the same time that your home inspection is done. This service is outsourced to a trusted specialists by RHI.
